• 1. Jump the Elastic: For 3 or more friends to play together. Simply join the two ends of the elastic together to make a loop. 2 players step into the loop, placing the elastic around their feet and then move as far away from each other as the elastic will stretch, whilst the 3rd player jumps in and out of the elastic. Play will become harder the higher up the legs the elastic goes! Can you jump in when the elastic is at the knee?
• 2. Skip the Ball: Place your foot through the plastic ring and rest it on around your right ankle. Pick up the ball, attached to the rope and throw it backwards and jump the rope with your free foot. Try and keep the circular motion by swinging your standing leg.
